We print and ship globally, selecting the most suitable print facility based on your location. Our print facilities are located in the UK, US, and EU.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be dispatched, however, the majority of orders will be dispatched within a few days. You will receive tracking information the moment your order is dispatched.
Digital Goods: will be available immediately on download.
For the UK, EU, and the rest of the world (ROW), items up to 42cm on the long edge (A3 size) are sent flat in an envelope, while anything larger is shipped rolled in a tube.
For the US, anything larger than 12"x16" will be sent in a tube. This policy helps ensure that items are shipped in the most appropriate and safe manner based on their size and destination.

Prints: Since each piece is custom printed just for you, we are unable to make changes once the printing process has started.
My work is made to order, so we cannot accept returns. However if your print is damaged in transit, or in the very unlikely event that it arrives with a defect, we will replace it.
Digital downloads are not eligible for returns or cancellations
If a print gets damaged in transit we will replace it. We will ask for some images or video of the damage so we can supply this to the shipping service to cover the insurance. Please email studio@artbymissabs.com and we'll assist you promptly.
My fine art prints are designed to last, and are only printed on archival fine art papers using processes that maintain the details of my work. You will not be disappointed, the print is breathtaking and holds the highest details that are contained in the image.

Our prints are made on high-quality, ultra-smooth white cotton artist's paper. This 100% cotton paper is both acid-free and lignin-free, ensuring a soft and long-lasting durability.
Our prints are sold unframed, but we can assist in customising a framed artwork for you.
A printable is a digital artwork that you purchase online and receive as a downloadable file. You can then print it at your convenience.
You can print your artworks as many times as you’d like, as long as it's for your personal use.
Your files will be available for download immediately after checkout. Simply click the download link and save them to your computer.
An aspect ratio is the proportional relationship between the width and height of an image. We provide multiple aspect ratios, so you can choose the one that best fits your frame. Common aspect ratios include 4:5, 3:4, 2:3 and A4.
A .zip file is a compressed collection of one or more files, making it easier to download multiple sizes and aspect ratios of your artwork in one go.
To open a .zip file, simply double-click on it. Your computer should automatically extract the files. This works on most operating systems, including Windows and Mac OS, without needing additional software.
Yes, all our artworks, along with the graphics, photos, and text on Art By Miss Abs, are copyrighted. Redistribution or commercial use is prohibited without written permission. You may print for personal use only. The user assumes all responsibility for any copyright infringement.
